My favorite part:

Most people who want to die don’t actually want to stop existing; they want the pain to stop existing. They feel powerless over the pain, and they think it will never end. But there is literally no one more powerless than a dead person. As long as you are alive, there is something else you can try; there is some new way you can try to take your power back. Dead people can’t try anything.

Pain is a message. What it says is: “I want to live. Get me out of this.” Don’t ever try to shut that voice up.
